Cards for Minors

Children may obtain their own library card at any age. A parent or legal guardian must be present to show current identification, proof of residency, and to sign the application.

Digital Library Card

Residents of Wixom who do not already have a library card can fill out this online form to receive a temporary digital library card to access our digital resources. The digital card is only for access to digital materials and expires in 6 months. Applicants will need to come into the Library with ID and proof of residency to receive full library privileges.
